Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Refund

We will issue a full refund in the following cases:

  • If the server is down for more than 48 hours.
  • If we are unable to help you setup the service on your device after troubleshooting.
  • If you were charged twice by mistake.

2. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Please note that we do NOT offer refunds in these situations:

  • Internet Issues: If you are experiencing buffering due to your own slow internet connection or high ISP latency.
  • Wrong Device: If you purchased a subscription but do not have a compatible device/app to use it.
  • Channel Selection: If a specific channel is temporarily unavailable or removed.
  • User Error: If you are unable to setup the service because you refuse to follow our support team's instructions.

3. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please follow these steps:

  • Contact us via Email (support@extraiptv.com) or WhatsApp.
  • Include your Order ID and the email address used during purchase.
  • Explain the issue in detail and allow our team 24 hours to try and fix it.

4. Processing Time

Once your refund is approved, the funds will be returned to your original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank's processing time.
