1. General Usage

By subscribing to our service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. The service is provided for your personal, non-commercial use only. You are not allowed to re-stream, broadcast, or distribute our content to others.

2. Subscription & Accounts

• One Device Rule: Unless you purchased a "Multi-Device" plan, your subscription is allowed on only one device at a time. Using it on multiple devices simultaneously will result in an automatic ban by our system.
• Credentials: You are responsible for keeping your m3u link and password secure. Do not share them with anyone.

3. Content & Channels

We strive to provide the best service possible, but please note:

• Channel Changes: The channel lineup is subject to change without notice. We may add or remove channels based on availability and stability.
• Downtime: While we aim for 99.9% uptime, occasional buffering or maintenance may occur due to internet fluctuations or server updates.

4. Internet Requirements

You are responsible for ensuring you have a stable high-speed internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps for HD, 25 Mbps for 4K). We are not responsible for buffering caused by your ISP (Internet Service Provider) throttling your connection.

5. Payments & Refunds

All payments are processed securely. Please refer to our Refund Policy page for details on how refunds work. Chargebacks or opening disputes without contacting our support first will result in a permanent ban of your IP address and account.

6. Termination

Extra IPTV reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms (e.g., re-streaming or sharing accounts).
